An Update on Arisant and COVID-19

As the spread of COVID-19 has continued throughout the world we felt it was important to provide an update on our business operations and our commitment to supporting your business through these uncertain times.

Wellbeing of our Team, Customers, and Partners

On Friday, March 13th, Arisant implemented a strict work-from-home policy for all of its employees and contractors. This policy was made mandatory for our on-site team in Denver/Englewood as well as any off-site team members working at client sites. Additionally, all previously scheduled travel has been cancelled and meetings will be held via Zoom until further notice.

Business Operations and Security

Given Arisant’s Managed Services model, we are constantly monitoring a number of critical IT environments 7x24x365. Our work-from-home policy will not affect any of our services as Arisant will continue to run with business as usual. Project based services will continue being delivered similarly with no interruptions to schedules.

While we understand that there may be security concerns with staff working from home networks, we can assure you that our team has taken the necessary steps to prepare for these changes including setting up secure VPNs where necessary. As we mentioned earlier, business will continue as usual, our team will simply be working from their home offices instead of our Denver/Englewood headquarters.
